We do NOT install cladding products over existing timber cladding (also known as 'over-cladding') - this can be a recipe for long term problems, as moisture and decay becomes trapped and continues to cause damage. It is essential to provide appropriate ventilation and remedy the sources of any damp penetration, so we install new flashings and vents as appropriate. We will finally ensure that we leave the site as tidy as possible, removing all offcuts and waste materials. We only use superior materials and workmanship. Cladding is available in wood grain and several colours, although white finish is by far the most popular choice. Gable ends are usually finished off with a product called 'Dry Verge' that seals your existing roof tiles thus removing the need for cement work which is prone to crack with time (although we are happy to install if required).
